Add series link please

For some reason a number of this authors series have not been set up with the series link or the link is missing in later books, please amend. It also looks like the author is set up once as a GR author and once as a non-GR author which has caused some duplicates.

And some entries also insist on adding the editor, not sure why as the books are not anthologies and it doesn't happen with all books across the board. Basically, this author's records here on GR are a mess and as a reader of many of her books, I find this incredibly and unnecessarily irritating.
