Werewolf Romance Novel - Can't Think of the Name and I'm Going Bananas. Please Help! /s

I read the book years ago and don't remember the sequence of the book but some bits and pieces so here goes.

The woman moves to a house on top of a mountain to get away and is secluded. He neighbor is a werewolf but she doesn't know. She likes to draw and goes out of the house to find things to draw.

She sees a wolf and leaves food out for him everyday so he can get closer to her. After a while he starts coming into her house and starts following her around. She doesn't realize it's her neighbor.
She even undresses in front of him and gets in the tub. She always said how intelligent his eyes were, as if he could understand what she says.
Whenever she falls asleep, he changes into human and leaves.

I know she cried on his fur once but I can't remember why...it has something to do with the neighbor.
The neighbor can see fairies and notices she has picture of fairies in her drawings but she doesn't know they exist though.

She always wonders how her wolf leaves the house when the door is locked at night.
She later finds out that her wolf is actually her neighbor.

I hope that's enough information. This book has been driving me crazy and I have to get the name of this book or I might go insane.
