SOLVED. Name of the book is Taken or Stolen but can't remember the author

I know the name of the book, actually maybe I don't it's something like taken or stolen. There's so many with this name I cannot locate the book. I can't remember the name of the author. The cover had a picture of an empty swing. It was about a son who was taken (from the playground one day I think) and his father's relentless search for him. I think the Dad was going through a messy divorce or something (the Mom not being in a good role) but I can't recall but I think the story was mostly focused on his search for his son.

Ok got it. Stolen by Ron Chudley, not exactly what I described, nonetheless got it.
Just read some reviews on it, seems the mind over time made the story sound better. I haven't actually read it yet but the reviews make it sound like a terrible read.
