Missing page count

Can you please set the page count for this book:

pan books, 2018

page count: 297

Note:
On amazon (where I bought the book) the page count is 320; do they count differently?

My 297 is the last numbered page on the book (last index page), there's few white pages after that

Worldcat agrees with 297. Added.

Amazon & publishers frequently add pages that GR & Worldcat don't count, such as excerpts of other books & ads for other authors & books. That's why we prefer Worldcat :)
