Did anybody see that second season episode of the X-Files in which a golem goes on a killing rampage? It sounds horrid but it's not--it's a very emotionally rich episode, one of my favorite X-Files.

When I first read this book I pictured Yod as the tennis player Pete Sampras. I think because he is in shorts all the time.

Shira's husband made me think of the guy that played Bill Compton in True blood.

In my head, based only on spunky personality I kept picturing Betty White for the grandmother, she cracked me up.
