I can't speak to the tutorial classes (in fact, this is probably the first I've heard of them), but I highly recommend WD generally. Although I haven't read it for a long time, it did a lot for me back in the early 1990 when I realized I had much to learn about the craft of writing. Based on that alone, I would expect the quality to be good . . . assuming they have maintained the same standards over the years.
