I also hope to post my review soon!

M.H. Elrich (mhelrichbooks) So I don't know what is up with Amazon, but I tried with my account to post a review and it didn't let me. So I used my husband's account. Anyway, here's my review on Goodreads at least:

Hi all,

Just a quick reminder that we're nearly at the end of round one. If you haven't posted your reviews yet, there are only two days left. I'll be checking in then.

Happy reading,

Here's my review of M.H.'s Etania's Worth:

Goodreads: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

Amazon: https://www.amazon.co.uk/review/R66JE....

Sorry I couldn’t get it on amazon.com, M.H., as a verified purchase! The old problem: haven't bought enough stuff there recently.

A great story—I enjoyed it.

My reviews of "The Restorers" by Steve Pillinger. One of the best adventures I've read in a long time. Glad I'm one of the first to be able to rate this book here and on UK's Amazon.

https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/customer-...

Since I've bought a few books in USA (for my Mom in USA), I hope my review posted on Amazon.com will also appear.

It deserves to be a classic, and readers will not just be entertained but may also find themselves drawn to consider the love and presence of God in their own lives. It's a spiritually rich book I'll not soon forget.

Thank you, Steve!
-Sean

C.S. Wachter | 351 comments I'd like to ask a favor of those who live in the UK. In the past, I've checked Amazon's UK site where my books, The Sorcerer's Bane, The Light Arises, The Deceit of Darkness, and The Light Unbound were available on Kindle and in paperback. Now I only see them available in paperback. Amazon tells me that is because my physical location isn't in the UK. Can someone please check this out for me. I'm like to know for certain these are available on Kindle in the UK. Thanks!

Thank you for your stellar review, Sean! I'm so glad you found the book a blessing, and felt it could be for others, too.

C.S. wrote: "… Amazon tells me that is because my physical location isn't in the UK ..."

That's totally weird, C.S. If anything, it should be the other way round: only stocking Kindle because sending physical books abroad is too costly! And it seems completely inconsistent: I don't live in the States or in the UK, yet my Kindle publications are available in both stores.

I'm not in a position to check this out for you, but I hope someone in the UK can do so. Amazon does strange things sometimes, but this has to be one of the strangest.

Steve, Sean - thanks for posting your reviews. I'll be adding to my tbr pile. ;-)

C.S. - I'm in the UK and I can see all four of your books in the kindle store here.

M.H. Elrich (mhelrichbooks) Thanks Steve! I saw it on UK's site so it is kind of cool knowing people from the UK can see it!

Thanks to those of you who've read, reviewed, and posted links to your reviews here. I'm glad you've all been enjoying your reads so far.

Can I remind everyone, though, that it's the responsibility of the authors to contact the reviewers and make sure they have a copy of your book. If you haven't done this already for round 2, can I ask that you do so as a matter of urgency so everyone is able to meet the final deadline.

Also, we have a few gaps from previous rounds/sessions. If anyone is willing to review another book (it is not a swap, so you will not receive another review in return), please message me so I can set you up with another great, free read.

Thanks again, folks. You make it easy to moderate these sessions.
Happy reading!

Bridgette wrote: "I just posted a request for someone to read my book Smiling Ghosts, but I'm not sure how to access books that still need to be reviewed. Please let me know. Thanks!"

Hi Bridgette, thanks for your interest in the review group. We run closed sessions where people sign up and are then assigned books to review over a set period.
The current session has been running since February and will finish soon. You're welcome to sign up for the next one as a reviewer/author when it opens. Keep an eye out because we also use a first come first served system.
In the meantime, you can request reviews in the Book Promotion folder.
Please feel free to message me if you have any further questions or need help with anything.

Apologies. Looks like the same happened to me. This last week has been ... wow. Full. Thanks for posting to let us all know, Sean. It's appreciated.

For those who are now finished, thank you and I hope you enjoyed the session. The reviews look great, and I've added a few to my TBR pile - as if it wasn't huge enough already.

Anyone that hasn't posted a review yet, please do so as a matter of urgency. We like to keep this a positive experience for everybody, and that includes authors receiving reviews when they've been courteous enough to complete theirs. I will be privately messaging those who are still missing at the end of the day.

Until next time, happy reading!

No worries, Ken. The next session will have a sign-up form as soon as we're ready to start. I just need to finalise everything from this one first.
