Thank you! And it appears that this edition was published in 2004, but then reissued in 2009...and then again in 2016. See https://www.bookogs.com/book/342965-t... (but the site talks about another isbn if the same edition. The edition has two. Mine is B format. The one on that site is A format of the isbn)

If so, could you please also provide a scan or a photo of the front cover?

The total count is 606 but excluding the excerpt (in which there's the prologue and the first chapter) for another book in the series, it's 590.
