would all classes have augmentations? is there a place where augmentations are made illegally and to everyone?

yes! though people who have augmentations and are lower class would have to do constant repairs and would have a lot of glitches, overall a lower quality.
as for the other question i assume, yes, there would be places were augmentations are made illegally and those would most likely be the ones those of a lower class end up getting.

augmentations are in fact just that, cybernetic alternations made to someone, like a metal arm or something as small as an eye.

exoskeletons; robotic exoskeletons can be used for physical rehabilitation and for enabling a paralyzed patient walk again. Some have industrial or military applications, by giving the wearer added mobility, endurance, or capacity to carry heavy loads.
drones; unmanned aerial vehicles, drones come in different sizes and have different levels of autonomy, often used for deliveries.
humanoids; just another type of android, often more human looking than normal androids.
and consumer; consumer robots are robots you can buy and use just for fun or to help you with tasks and chores. like roombas or furbies.
of course, there are ones used in the medical or other work fields as well.

I have more question! So I am in the middle of making an Android girl and I was wondering if Androids have like a production number or model numbers of something?? So would androids made for certain jobs have different numbers and stuff, kinda like the criminal ID numbers but for androids.

Yes! They have different serial numbers based on what the android model, their model number, and year of creation.
Say they were a housekeeping android, model type 43, and were made in 2052, HK-43-52.

Cause I honestly can't stop questing everything what colour is android 'blood'? I watched a thing where it was blue therefore is they had scars they would go blue like ours go red but I was wondering if they had coloured blood to make them different or if they have been made to be similar to be humans so have red blood or if it's literally like oil???

I would say it depends on what they run on, if it's a type of chemical or whatever powers them, it might bleed dark colors for the oil or a bright orange depending on what components it runs on.
