New Moderator!

Please help me and Andrea welcome our new moderator, Juli! She's been a member since 2017 and has her own bookish blog, ich lese blog.

A little about me:

I am originally from Germany and moved to the US in my 20s. Besides reading I love knitting, spinning (yarn and on the bike!), and my puppies. I happily endure my cat.

My preference in books is generally language over plot. My favorite book of all time is Perfume: The Story of a Murderer because you can LITERALLY smell all the smells as you're reading the book. I am also a huge Neil Gaiman and Stephen King fan. I love dark and twisted books and I adore a good villain or antihero. I love getting scared, so I'd say horror is my favorite genre, both in books and in movies.

Well, if you're looking to add to your TBR pile you've come to the right place :D There are so many people reading neat things that I'd never even heard of that my TBR has ballooned. Such a great problem to have, lol!

I agree! I think we have a great group! Which is why I don't really feel I took on a "job" :)
