Seeking a formatter and a cover designer, thanks! :-)

Hi all, hope you're doing well :-)

I have a light-hearted, romantic fiction almost ready for publishing, and I'm now seeking a formatter and a cover designer for it.

I would like to get it formatted as ebook (mobi for Amazon KDP) and print book (PDF for Amazon KDP). There are no images except for the cover.

Regarding the cover: I have a few ideas about what kind of cover I would like (nothing too complicated), so I need someone who would be willing to listen to my ideas, offer suggestions to improve them, and then incorporate the final ideas into the cover. Also, I'm working under a budget, so I can't afford anyone too expensive.
