Aleksei is first generation Russian-American. His parents, immigrants from Yugoslavia were involved in the early beginning of the Tsiolkovskaya group. When they started dealing that is. In order to flee from an unpaid debt that owed to the gang, they smuggled themselves into the USA for hopes their son wasn’t going to become part of the growing arms dealers. Apparently, that wasn’t the boy’s plan. He saw the potential of being part of the group, brotherhood, danger, guns. It was all a young boy could dream about after being surrounded by action movies all his life.

So when Tsiolkovskaya reached and conquered the United States, Aleksei went to join them as a runner, driver then soon managed to reach hitman. His parents, realising they lost their son to the gang they tried so hard to protect him from, left Aleksei one day. They had fled to another state. Once again out of fear that Tsiolkovskaya would come to reclaim their debt from them. More importantly, fear that their own son would turn against them. It turned Aleksei cold and immune to bloodshed. His comrades say it’s therapy, going around killing or threatening those who were disrepecting the group. Perhaps there are right.

Nowaday, Aleksei remains in the shadows at a few hotels. They don’t have a potential threat these days, only kidnaps and torture. Sometimes he’d go along for an arms deal. A quiet individual that would gruff a reply, rarely talk more than a few words. Aleksei isn’t very fluent in English considering he did’t have the money to attend school to learn. So he communicates in Russian and a bit of English he was taught in Tsiolkovskaya. Good enough for blackmail.

Her parents are proud members of Bratva, and raised their only child in accordance to the principles of the group. From a young age, Lidia has been in most of the arms deals. Because of her small hands, she also proves worthy in the production of the firearms. Her parents didn’t care about education, the Bratva was the only education necessary. And as such, the only thing Lidia is knowledgeable about is weapon craft.

Moved along with the gang, Lidia was raised in the United States, but has an accented English. She hates to learn new languages. Due to her short temper, learning English was torture for her and whoever had to be her teacher.

One day, she accompanied her parents to an arms deal with another neighbouring gang. Lidia was told to remain in the backseat. She was only twelve, and her parents wanted to keep her away as a potential target in case anything bad happened. So Lidia remained hidden, but still able to see her parents head with the firearms for the deal. She was the lookout, the one with the phone to call headquarters. Lidia was key to make sure her parents came back safely. However, what Lidia didn’t make sure of, was to keep lookout for any undercover cops that would roam the streets. Little Lidia was too focused on what was in front of her that she missed the two cops that were behind the car. When the firearms were uncovered for inspection. All hell broke loose. The cops took out their weapons, shouting to her parents drop the firearms that she produced herself, and to the other gang to freeze. Lidia screamed for her parents, beginning to call headquarters. But the other gang took out their weapons and a shooting spree began. Her parents were caught in the crossfire. And Lidia was found still in the car, hugging her knees.

Since then, the Bratva let Lidia stay as a member, but didn’t let her leave headquarters for any deals or let her touch the production of arms. They thought she was too unstable, too immature to handle the consequences of a deal gone wrong. In a way, out of respect for her fallen parents, trying to protect her, but Lidia feels its more punishment to be cooped up in headquarters watching over the new members.

Lucas (Dmitri) was brought up by American-Italian parents. He has had a great life.He has loving parents and amazing friends. He went to a good school and never had a bad grade. By the end of high school, he was voted Prom King. Unlike many people, he hasn't suffered many tragedies that have affected him in a bad way; which is why he's such a good person. His good upbringing has given him his personality, and he appreciates that. He graduate from college with a degree in biology, hoping to get into medicine later on.

But regarding his financial debt, he realised that life wasn’t as easy as some made it out to be. Hearing from a friend, they recommended that he tried out testing his medic skills somewhere practical, where perhaps he wouldn’t need the fancy degree on the wall. Where he could be of use. Surprisingly this landed him working with the Tsiolkovskaya Bratva. He keeps this hidden from his family who are against violence and not surprisingly weapons. But Lucas has grown into the atmosphere. While he himself is more passive than violent, he found that being a medic in Bratva has given him more experience than he could ever hope for. And for that he has a strong loyalty to the gang. Regardless of whatever wrong or amount of blood they have shed.

A close friend of Lidia, he grew up with her like a brother. His family were originally from Czechoslovakia (now Czech-Republic), and as such were distant to the Bratva gang and anyone affiliated with it. However Sergei was allured into a the medical room. Perhaps it was the loud screams or the strange smell that lingered there, but one day when he was on a playdate with Lidia, he strolled into a gun wound operation. The medic was hunched over, ordering the people around him. And Sergei was astonished by the power he held in his hands. The power to control life, so easily.

So those playdates soon became getaways from his parents, just to hang around the gang. To be involved in what Lidia saw. And soon enough, he was one of the people that would hand things to the medic, watch him first hand aid whoever was on the operation table. Sergei thought this was his calling, and a year older than Lidia, began training with others to become soon enough a member of Bratva. His parents found out about Sergei’s whereabouts. And while they couldn’t do anything to take his mind off the gang, tried to resume life as normal as possible. Always taking the question of ‘how’s work?’ off the dinner table. Sergei and his father had a tensed relationship. His father, used to be beaten and his family tortured by the Russians. As a result there was instilled hatred for the nationality. Always a proud Czech. But Sergei doesn’t believe in nationality, only loyalty to those who gave you a home.

Now, he is a certified medic for the gang, replacing the medic he once looked up too and learned everything from. He has a little sister, who tried to protect her and take her into the gang along with him. But that’s another story.

The younger sibling of the ‘medic prodigy’ of Sergei Konstatinov, but the failure of the family. Like her brother she was raised in America, but unlike Sergei she went to school, did everything right. Studied hard, tried to get her parents approval always. But somehow, they always were interested in Sergei’s whereabouts, never caring about the grade she got in English, or that she beat someone up for calling her ‘immigrant’. No, they were always interested in Sergei. So one day, she decided to see what her damned brother was up to and saw the Bratva gang. She didn’t like it at all. And saw the real side of the gang, firearms, violence, no respect. No, they wanted respect, and would beat it out of you if necessary.

Her brother caught her snooping and at first he told her to leave, then when she was caught again, he’d let her tag along. But each time she did, Nastya hated it more. But Sergei was oblivious to her hatred, thinking she would want to join like he did. The thought went so far that Sergei stopped her from going to school, told her to train with him. And that pushed her to tipping point, and she hit the child of a life member…hard. While they were impressed by Nastya’s fire. They were concerned about her sharp mouth, that she might tell the authorities of where they were located. So they threatened her (Sergei unaware), they threatened her life, her parents. Even Sergei.

Thus, Nastya kept her mouth shut and went along with the Bratva, and went along with what they commanded out of fear for her family. And that’s how now she is an exotic dancer for the gang. Earning extra money for Bratva’s cause. Of course, Sergei has no idea of this. She doesn’t want anyone to know what has become of the once smart, driven Nastya.
