((totally agree! And a lot of ways this is becoming my feel good role play even though there’s going to be some bad stuff coming up I feel like those are more brief even if they last a little bit longer it’s nothing like most of the other role plays we have going and it’s just so perfect!Yes! We must somehow make this happen!!! XD))
Kim Certainly had an expected there to be someone waiting for her outside of the bathroom and instinctively she took a step back into the side thinking maybe he needed to use the restroom and she was about to apologize but then he rushed off and the confusion on her face was probably just as comical as this entire set up.She followed him not sure what he was wanting but since he was being so much more interactive with her she wasn’t going to stop and question it now. Taking a seat she could hear Shade’s voice Behind her. “Thank you.” She said as sincerely as possible trying to mask her confusion and then saw the book, she had no idea what to say was he wanting to read through it some more with her?
“You wanting to practice?” She had an almost apologetic expression in case she had guessed wrong. Was he wanting her to quiz him or him to quiz her? Practice different phrases? She was still pretty rusty so it would be helpful to get a little more practice to refresh her memory.

Hush remained animated and happy despite Kim's hesitance and he immediately nodded as she asked about wanting to practice. He opened up the book and flipped through it, searching for something to practice.
As they did that, Shade finished off preparing the pasta, and while Hush kept Kim occupied, he served it out onto a plate. He then grabbed the grated cheese and sprinkled it on top, a generous amount, hopefully the mountain Kim desired. He debated getting the ice cream out too, but he didn't want her pasta to get cold and well the ice cream would melt too so he decided against it. So he picked up the plate and made his way over to Kim, tapped her on the shoulder, and then presented the meal to her, placing it on the table like a polite waiter. "Lunch is served." He said in an exaggerated fancy voice. Then he grinned and winked at her. "Just what the patient ordered." A little play there on the classic phrase 'just what the doctor ordered'.

Kim Smiled warmly and nodded, satisfied with what he said. Looking over as he flipped to the book she pointed out a page that she caught a glance of. “That ones about animals, realty fun doing them. Especially since Hush can become so many.” She couldn’t help a slight chuckle from leaving her, but it was true and something she thought was quite amazing. Not that he wasn’t great in his human form just the ability to become an animal was… Impressive.However her head popped up when she fell the top of her shoulder and she turned and had to do a double take and what she saw laying before her. “H-how did-?” She looked at the pasta then looked at him the way he spoke and was acting... it made heat rise up her neck. “Thank you.” And not being a foolish person she quickly looked at Hush. “Partner in crime I see.” Her eyes sparkled with a rare delight. “Thank you.” She repeated, but didn’t delay any longer as she didn’t want the food to get cold. However the first bite was so delicious, just what she was craving and the cheese just tasted so good. So much so that she couldn’t help the pleased noise that came from her.

Shade grinned at Kim’s reaction, then waggled his finger. “Uh uh, a magician never reveals his secrets.” He said, then chortled in amusement. It wasn’t exactly difficult to realise he’d probably just ran to the shop after all. He smiled as she thanked him. “You wanted it, and you sure deserved it.” He told her with a shrug. As she realised Hush had been on it Shade grinned and nodded. “Yeah, that’s my little buddy!” He said cheerfully and ruffled the boy’s hair playfully once again. Hush didn’t seem to mind this time, and perhaps even more to Kim’s delight, smiled quite widely at her and his shoulders chuckled a little in what could only be a silent chuckle. A boyish giggle if it had been audible.
Shade grinned, for it was such a joyous thing to witness of Hush. “You hungry Hush?” Shade asked as he knew he hadn’t exactly eaten that much at the hospital. At Hush’s little nod Shade headed back to the kitchen. “I’ll make you a nice sandwich how does that sound?” He turned back to see Hush give an answering nod once again and he set to work. Hush picked up his book and continued to study it himself while Kim ate.

Also oh my gosh I just realised! What a hilarious coincidence XD That is the series that has the character named Hush in it who my Hush here is semi based on! XD
Kim chuckled it really was a good idea there was an exuberant nod from her and then as everything played out she just seemed almost giddy in her happiness. “ it’s delicious thank you so much.“ She probably didn’t need to keep thanking him, but she felt it necessary. Every bite was heaven, she had had past in... well she couldn’t remember the last time she had pasta! This was delicious though and she might’ve been eating it in the less of a lady like manor because of how good it was and in all honesty she never had the best manners when it came to eating. She was polite and considerate but she either eat eight more like a pig or more like a wolf. Almost as if someone was going to take her food away from her which probably did happen quite a bit in her life.

Kim by this point was about halfway through her pasta but then stopped saying he didn’t seem to be having a meal. “Shade? What about you?” Worry etched her features. “Aren’t you going to eat?” Have they run out of the leftovers from the restaurant? She hadn’t even thought about it and she’s been gone for however long it was she couldn’t even recall how long she’s been in the hospital two days? Longer?

Hush glanced up at him as he took a bite of his sandwich. Knowing Shade he was probably wanting to conserve food, yet giving himself the shortest straw for he wanted to ensure the best for the others. He was an expert at disguising that sort of thing so it didn’t seem so bad or he was fine with it, which sure in truth it probably didn’t bother him but he might have been disregarding his own health more than he should have been.
Kim frowned. That breakfast wasn’t really much, and he just hurried off and more than likely burned about 100 or so calories to go and get this meal for her. She bit the inside of her mouth as she thought carefully she didn’t know him still that well but she picked up on some things. He didn’t really seem to think of himself much. She also got the impression that if she insisted he eat something he would just brush it off or just repeat that he was fine again. She also couldn’t insult the gift he had given her by not eating it in protest even though part of her considered it. So she settle for something else. “So I get that you’re not too picky of an eater, but what is some of your favorite foods? I’m assuming it’s some stuff from back home?” She took another bite of her food hopefully that would coax some into continuing the dialogue since they were focusing on him but not on the fact that he wasn’t eating. “How different is the food there?“ Again trying to improve the ploy by showing curiosity since they’ve been talking about food so much and food from other cultures was always quite intriguing. It was actually funny that she is an American was here right now in England, she had tried food from their culture of course. Yet she still preferred American food primarily burgers and fries which she wasn’t sure why that was considered American or not. But she also preferred some Italian dishes like pasta and lasagna. She didn’t know why that either.
She had a little scheme in her mind though, Maybe in some ways she was a bit too proud to beg no she would never refuse help she didn’t always ask for it when she should. However when it was helpful for someone else with it she knew the person or not she would throw away all sense of pride and embarrass her self horribly if necessary to help them.

Kim was quite spot on to be honest. Though funnily when he had been providing for Hush and himself on the streets he hadn’t though much about others when conning them and stealing their money or food. But when it came to the people he cared about, they often came before him. So much so that if they were being attacked, Shade would jump in and get them out of danger with no regard for his own safety, and likely collapse upon discovering he’d been injured later. Though if she’d attempted to refuse eating her meal until he ate something better he probably wouldn’t have actually been that offended, just more honoured that she seemed to care so much and was so insistent that he eat well.
As she asked him about his favourite foods he glanced up from his cheese and thought for a moment. “Hm, pizza is always good. Cake is too. I also really like custard tarts.” He said with a smile. “Though my favourite has to be...” he smiled and seemed to chuckle softly. “These coconut cookies my Mum used to make. They had this subtle kind of sweetness that was just unbeatable.” As she seemed to ask more about food from back home in Argentina Shade hummed to himself. “It’s not too different. It’s not so much different foods as the way we cook things or prepare it.” He grinned. “You can never go wrong with empanadas. Especially when they’re filled with carbonada, so good. Fugazetta is good too, it’s like a cheese and onion pizza. But the best probably has to be choripan. They often sell them at street carts, but Darcy’s dad made the best choripan that we would sell at our festivals. But he would save some for us to eat after our performances if we wanted it. Ah...” He shook his head with a wide smile. “So great...”
Kim was happy that she had an upset him too much with the line of questions and had only eaten a little bit more before she decided maybe she could get him to eat just a little. “You know a chef really should have some of his handiwork. And are usually don’t even a lot this is quite a bit. Would you be willing to finish it off it’s never quite the same when you have to reheat it a second time.“ Which was true, though she plenty of times have reheated food even if it wasn’t as good as it was the first time beggars can’t be choosers however she was trying to motivate him to eat even if he ‘wasn’t hungry‘ by his own proclamation.

Kim arched her eyebrow as he said what he did but sugars head from side to side and response. “I just told you I’m full, about me not eating as much as you think I should. Really depends on who you ask. I’ve gone a long time but food and I’ll make myself sick I force myself to eat too much and that would go against what you promised right? Besides, what good is it for me to get well and you to neglect yourself even if you’re not hungry I’m sure you burned more than a few calories going and getting this for me.“ Now she was being really stubborn she had not intended to go this direction but the way he responded was borderline aggressive not in a mean way of course but the two stubbornness of these are going to collide it seemed.“Besides, boys typically more than girls anyway.“ OK it was a random statement but it often was very true that boys would eat a lot more than girls. “... and how bad would I feel if you Focus too much on helping me get well that you got sick or week.” She responded just as pointedly back.

Kim’s expression softened significantly. “No, I just really can’t eat that much...” She was going to have to say it wasn’t she? “At a certain point during a meal I go fromEating to forcing myself to eat. I don’t have a big appetite.” She reassured him. In truth, meals were something that had stressed her so much growing up, she ate more out of obligation than desire. Though she had genuinely love the past perhaps that was why desert, something she really never got was so much easier for her. Especially icecream, since it was like glorified sweet milk that was frozen.
“No, it’s not presumptuous. I said typically and from my experience every boy I ever met ate a lot more than the girls, and many girls complain about men having a bottomless pit for a stomach.” She pouted herself. She wasn’t one to state unfounded facts. Oh goodness, hopefully this didn’t turn into a fight? It was a good thing she didn’t intend to eat more. She didn’t do good in ‘debates’ it made her stomach rumble and throat tighten.

Kim’s eyes brightened like sapphires set before a roaring fire. “Shade...” She couldn’t believe him! It was beyond sweet, so considerate. “Okay, deal.” She took the bowl offering him the pasta in return. Like some sort of bargain they struck. Kim blushed when he said he was joking, why did she always take things so serious and personal? However she could resist no longer and took a bite of the icecream. “Oh my gosh, it’s so good!” She she gave a huge closed mouth grin.

Hush had finished his sandwich and set his plate down on the table. He then reached for the book and took it up, dutifully resuming his studying of the page about the animals.
Kim had ben genuinely satisfied and shouldn’t have eaten all of the ice cream that he gave her but, it was ice cream and who didn’t always have room for ice cream? Especially her. She love the stuff and then when it melted you could just drink it which is what she did. Ice cream had to be one of her favorite things. And that look like she was just completely enthralled with eating the ice cream that she could’ve possibly had another thought going through her head, wasn’t exactly true because she was trying to think how she could bring some of his homes food, here. She realize the Internet was probably her best source because she could Google all the foods he told her recipes and different ways of making them maybe even see if there’s any places around that sold any parts of them. So while she look like she was innocently devouring ice cream she was really scheming away to hopefully make him as happy as she felt right now. Because if there was one thing about her not even necessary meeting to pay someone back but wanting them to feel joy and happiness, especially people she genuinely cared about so much she wanted to find someway to give them that wonderful feeling.

((No problem do you wanna time skip?))Kim indeed only had one type of dishwasher and that was of the human variety. Handing him her bowl she thanked him once more and fought the urge to insist that she did cleaning, maybe tomorrow she would start insisting that she needed to do more than just being waited on hand and foot but she would let him do this today. So instead she turned her attention to Hush. “Mind if I join you?” She actually was pretty interested in coming up with the secret code like he mentioned concerning animals come in handy one day! At the very least it would still be fun as much as she loved animals.

Shade finished up washing their dishes and then also joined them and they learned and discussed the sign language signals for a range of animals together, Shade thoroughly amused and delighted at the idea of a secret code they could use to tell him to transform into certain things.
((Yeah I suppose, sorry I'm a little lost with this one what are we supposed to have happen next? Kim organising for the detective to meet up with Shade and Shade leading him to the brothel?))
This was the most fun Kim had, in a long while. The next few days were full of laughs, and surprises.As they had been running low on food, Kim’s boss had sent a ‘care package’ of sorts. Milk, Cheese, Bread, eggs, Rice, pasta, flour, salt, sugar, various meats, lunch meats and baskets of fruit and vegetables. All with ‘Get Well Soon’ written on them.
Kim was floored, not to mention when she got her paycheck for doing nothing. It was higher than before as well. Then to top it all off a ‘stranger’ paid her utilities bill up for the next 6 months. With all of this good happening to her she nearly forgot about the mission.
So when she saw the email from the detective she quickly set up the meeting with him and Shade.
He waited at a small coffee shop that had been designated as the meeting place. He was not in uniform and was dressed more as a businessman, after all the goal was to appear as a customer.

Shade had been practically as taken aback by the kind gestures as Kim had. She had truly won the luck of the drawer in terms of the best, kindest and most considerate boss to ever grace this earth. It only solidified Shade’s determination to repay the man in earnest for his unbelievable kindness.
Needless to say for now, the three of them enjoyed themselves, Shade forcing Kim to relax and all of them letting themselves let loose as a result, though Shade insisted on doing most of the cooking.
However then the time cane for the meeting with the detective and presumably Kim had informed Shade of the details upon setting it up. Shade was extremely nervous, perhaps even scared, but he was determined to see this through, and shut the place down. This was for Hush, for himself, and for anyone like them, and to make sure no one had to suffer the same fate again... He’d taken a deep breath and set off on his way after saying goodbye to Kim and Hush, eyes dark and disturbed and every muscle in his body tensed and on edge. While he was still in the apartment building Shade shifted to change his appearance, becoming a fair skinned blonde with blue eyes instead of his caramel coloured skin and black hair and brown eyes. For he’d had the thought that turning into an animal would severely limit his communication with the detective, so simply remaining human but changing his appearance would be a much better option.
As a result when he spotted the detective and went up to him he knew he’d have to clarify. “Mr Detective?” He said a little uncertainly. His creator had forgotten if the man had given his name, or what it was if he had. “It’s me, Shade.” It was a lot of effort to keep the tremble from his voice.

Spade jumped inside, but outwardly he arched his brow. “Shade?” He whispered questionably. he shook his head from side to side slightly reminding himself that the boy could change his appearance so easily because of the strange gift he had. “I’m glad you were able to meet with me and please, Spade.“ he gave a casual glance around them also making sure they weren’t being watched closely. “Have to be careful always talk from here on out. Do I need to go over anything before we… Dive in?“

Spade looked at the kid, worry evident in his features. “So... in this place. Do you ever see people of hire a noun there? Maybe wearing masks because they don’t want to be recognized even in that place?“ He was kidding an idea. He was dressed nice enough so perhaps he could be the one bringing his ‘master’ for business. Speaking on his behalf because he didn’t want his voice to be recognized if he was a politician or something his voice would be easily recognizable. Someone really important but who couldn’t afford to have anything besmirch their character, Not only that him not being recognizable is a benefit as well his voice wouldn’t be as well known so he we could wear a mask all under the guise of being customers. Perhaps that could work.

Spade not a thoughtfully but smiled. “OK I have a plan then, I have a friend, not very well-known diplomat from another country he’s African though… Maybe I should pick someone different I don’t suppose your abilities allow you to manipulate accents do they?“ He kept thinking aloud. “But my idea is this however we try and pretend you are we both come in masks you don’t talk and it’s obvious that your first time guest and I insist that no one sees your face except… Actually even if they normally show their face, as much as I hate to say this you could be one of those individuals that have more… Kinky, tastes. Maybe you prefer to watch something? I hate even saying this but it’s a way that we can get in Peru’s and you can give me a nod for who we should pick maybe if there’s anyone in there that you know you can trust? If not then maybe you can identify the newest people or something and schedule a time. Of course as a diplomat you’re very busy, As long as we can keep you from talking it won’t matter who you’re posing as.” He lifted his focus to the young man, curious what his reaction all of this was. There was a reason he was good at his job and he had busted rings like this before. It wasn’t easy but he was creative in his approach it as disturbing as the content was the results are what mattered.((Not at all, I figured I’m asking cost him a come a half but see his response for some decent logical as well))

Spade nodded. “ unless you think it’s too risky. If they do think there are anyone she can trust and they can get away with a night of having to not have to entertain anyone you know what I’m saying?“ He would prefer to not have to actually have anyone engage in anything and that’s why this plan would work well I’m fortunately just like win most went undercover they had to actually participate in the illegal activities fortunately they were immune from them as long as they were doing it in the name of law. Of course he can come up with something a little less devastating to make the people do, but he really didn’t want to have to extend his creativity into that area he had seen far too much disgusting things in the world and whether he showed it or not all of us disturbed him greatly.

Spade was on the same nauseating ship as Shade. “We can go back tot he first plan...” He didn’t want to go into too much detail because he felt like they had talked at great length already and maybe might be drawing some attention so he was casually keeping his eye out and making sure no one was giving them any extra focus.

((First plan was him being an animal with him. Also if they go ahead with the ‘kinky’ plan XD Can’t believe I just typed that lol. Then we would need to ensure that Spade knew where the peep holes were to block by standing in front of it or to have a room where they couldn’t be eavesdropped on? Or maybe offer large amount of money to compensate or something?Was there a particular way you wanted this to go down?))

Yeah they could do the plan with Shade being an animal while Spade goes in there, but what would happen with that?

((All they need is damning proof of illicit activities. Spade could get them to ‘talk’ about what they can and can’t do. Honestly there are two main options, spade manages to record/get pictures of condemning stuff,
Or they get people to begin engaging im acts and he makes a signal and the police bust in and arrest everyone, but thinking the main boss and a few underlings get away. Which will lead to the plot Idea we had with Kim later (-; ))
