The Winter of the Witch by Katherine Arden - this one already released and I read it so kind of a cheat for this list.
Kellanved's Reach by Ian C. Esslemont - still need to read book 2 but really excited for this. Will probably reread book 1 and then go straight through the series.

Age of Legend would have topped my list, but it doesn't come out until July, so it will go on the Second Half of 2019 list... once upon a time, my list would have been all Urban Fantasy books releasing in March, but the last couple releases have been a bit rocky, so they aren't all as highly anticipated as before (or March releases)
