For those that may not know, an error on Audible listed a guy by the name of Mark Williams to narrate Desperation in Death, but now Macmillan has come out with a statement that Susan Ericksen is still the narrator of Desperation and that it was a mistake on their part to say otherwise.

Now, for the record, I don't like it when people whine about change, and I will admit that even I whined about change a time or two but I've learned to accept that not everything is permanent. But with a case like the Eve Dallas/Roarke series, if the change in narration were to have been confirmed, the outcry of the narrator being changed from female to male would've been completely justified, in my opinion. Because this is a female-led series and having a male narrator just would not fit, whatsoever.

But what if there came a point where maybe Susan had to step away from the audiobooks and Nora would have to get someone else? Who would be a good candidate for the series going forward?

I have four women in mind for this job: January LaVoy, Colleen Delany, Karen Novak, and Alyssa Willmoth
