I read this book probably in the early to mid 90s. It was about a late teen or early adult cheerleader or beauty queen who talks about her life and there is some sexual scenes in there. Possibly a rape. I really cant remember.

It may possibly be some sort of bio or a fiction book set up to be a bio. I cant remember what the cover looks like, but i vaguely remember it having a small southern town feel to it.
