Glad to see you back, Gary. While I am a huge fan of Stephanie Plum and an avid reader of the Tourist Trap mysteries, I choose for you the Ivy Meadow mysteries. They sound like such fun.

Jennifer (jhaltenburger) | 648 comments Don't Let it Snow in Deadwood just came out: i haven't seen anything yet about an 11th. In any event, it won't be out before February ends so i can have the comfort of feeling caught up, anyway! :)

Sharon PLB (sharonlpb) | 234 comments Pat, I think Rhys Bowen's audio books are Amazon exclusives. I usually read hers, but I treated myself to an audio book at Christmas and I could only find it there. Sorry if that messes you up. (I usually check the library for audio books before I put them in my picks.)

I could not find her books on audiobooks so I ordered them from thriftbooks.
Only reason I wanted audiobooks cause I am counted cross stitching a project plus crocheting a granny square blanket.

message 95: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia | 96 comments I finished my first book. I didn't really like it, though. Good plot, pretty good/decent supporting characters, and the cakes sounded good. It was the main character/protagonist. By the last few wrap-up chapters I found myself really disliking her. I'd rather not read the second one. At least just not so soon. Here's to a quickly approaching March.
