I thought the show down with Alex was a little rushed. Alex putting a bullet in the middle of his forehead happened pretty quick. Satisfying but quick. Grace and David’s escape and the nerve gas exposure was exciting. I didn’t know much about that with the antidotes and symptoms etc.
It was great. Again, great action writing. I thought it very strange that the hazmat team were just standing there with thumbs up their rear body parts and not doing anything to help the situation.

Is that normal for security to just happen to have the right antidote I wonder?
I think it was Hunter who injected Alex. Hazmat had been warned that it was a chemical weapon, so they would have had an all purpose antidote with them.
Grace yelled to them what the chemical was and they retrieved it. The HAZMAT team follows certain protocols and they weren’t expecting Grace to come running out of that window. Alex knew exactly what was going on and they were trying to stop him.
I loved every aspect of these scenes. Alex’s takedown of Malik felt appropriate given how bad he wanted to take him alive. Malik forced his hand once he knew he was going to be captured. I didn’t want him apprehended...he needed to die.
