Alex’s failure to stay with Grace following her hospitalization in Mombasa destroyed their relationship. Was her position unfair or did you understand her point of view?

I understand her feelings, she almost died and she needed him. Not to mention the lies her husband was telling her. But, when he explained she should have forgiven him and got over it. She should have trusted him.

[Anita]

I was disappointed that she reacted so badly to him not being there. She didn't even give him a real chance to really explain and I agree with Laura, she should forgiven him.

I can see in the moment how she couldn’t hear him. But later, when she’d had a chance to heal, she should have reached out or taken his call.

I understood how she felt at the time but when he tried to explain to her later, I think she should have let him.

Even if she needed time to process it all, she shouldn't have cut him dead like that. She LOVED him and treated him badly when he tried to explain.
