This thread is for suggestions and questions for the various categories. The participants thread is located HERE.

1. 'S' is for September: Read a book that starts with 'S' or a book whose author's first or last name starts with 'S'.

2. Member of the Month - Dee: Dee has been a member of the RRRC since September 2009. Here is the link to Dee's shelves. Please read a book from any of Dee's shelves, a book published in 2009 or a book published in September of any year.

3. Featured Author Challenge - Jill Shalvis: Read a book written by this month's Featured Author, Jill Shalvis, or by any author with her first or last name.
Fun Facts about Jill:
★ Jill Shalvis lives in California.
★ She published her first novel in 1996.
★ She writes Contemporary Romance.
★ Jill won a RITA award for Simply Irresistible.
So you may also read a book set in California, or by an author who is from California. You can also read any book published in 1996, or is shelved as Contemporary Romance or a book by any author who has won a RITA award.

4. Labor Day (Sept. 1): Read a book that features a blue collar worker or manual laborer, basically anyone who works with their hands.

5. Be Late for Something Day (Sept. 5): Read a book that you have been trying to read for some time but just never seems to fit in a challenge. Better late than never!

6. International Literacy Day (Sept. 8): Read a book, any book!

7. Swap Ideas Day (Sept. 10): Borrow an idea from a fellow group member, read a book you found on another RRRC member's shelf. Or read a book to participate in a group/buddy read and swap your ideas about that book.

8. Positive Thinking Day (Sept. 13): Read a happy or funny book.

9. Ask a Stupid Question Day (Sept. 28): Ever see a book and wonder why you've never read it? Find out - read it!

10. Reader's Choice: Read any book of your choosing!

You can choose 3, 5, 8 or all 10 categories depending on your reading speed, book availability and/or time commitment.

When posting your challenge progress, please make sure to put the date/s when you finished your book/s.

Please repost your progress as it helps when updating.

Happy Reading!!
