Remebering a book Title

I need help remembering a book title. The only things I can remember about the book are:
It is about two sisters. I believe their parents have died. One gets a job with a company and becomes best friends with her bosses and his family. She takes a ball room dancing class. She develops a crush on her boss/best friend.
