Mrs. Walker’s brothel was located in a section referred to as Sisters’ Row. Had you heard of this prior to this story?

Phrynne | 607 comments I had not heard of it at all. And thanks for the extra information you supplied Jonetta.

You’re welcome! I lived in New York City, on the West Side, and never heard of this section.

Robin (robinmy) | 1214 comments I've never heard of this before. With as many tours that I've taken in that area, I'm surprised it wasn't mentioned.

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1392 comments No idea for me, either.

~ Giulia ~ | 193 comments Never heard of it, but then I don't know much about New York so it's not surprising :)

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 2240 comments No, this information was new to me.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 242 comments One of my favorite things about this series is that it sends me to the research shelves regularly. I never heard of Sister's Row before but I found a couple books on the subject. I skimmed them for more information.

Same for me. Sharon! With every book I’m Googling topics.

This author seems to come up with some interesting tidbits in almost every story. Like Jonetta said...there was always some topic to google to find out more.
