It's James 1:5 and it says "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him."

I can't choose a favorite right now, but there's one I really love. It's the seminary theme this year. Alma 5:14, 16.
I love it so much! =] I think it's so neat to imagine God basically telling you: "Good job. I'm proud of you." It's really inspirational for me.
Nearer My God to Thee has always been dear to my heart ever since I learned that it was the last song they played on the Titanic as it was going down.
The Spirit of God is just amazing. I love it so very very much!

I found another favorite scripture of mine. I love it by itself, but I also love its place in Work and the Glory, when Lydia says it to Nathan.
Ruth 1: 16-17
16 And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God:
17 Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the Lord do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part thee and me.

2Nephi 2:25
"Adam fell, that men might be, and men are, that they might have joy"
And, I just learned that it is a scripture mastery this year.

"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you; not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Not let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
I also like 2 Nephi 2:24 -
"And behold, all things have been done in the wisdom of him who knoweth all things." Very personal scripture for me.
And so is 1 Nephi 11:17 -
"And said unto him [the angel:]: I know that He loveth his children; neverless, I do not know the meaning of all things."
John 14:27 -
"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you; not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Not let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
I like that one...
