I don’t remember a lot about this book but one of the key points is there is a building and each floor plays different music genre.

it’s about a girl who is at a welcome home party with her best friend for her best friends brother coming back from the military. The girl goes outside for some reason and bumps into some dude and skins her knee. They talk about something and end up kinda racing to the country floor. She takes the elevator and he runs up the stairs and meets her there. They spend the night together and she leaves before he wakes up and then they end up seeing each other again when she is out with her best friend. He ended up being the best friends brother.
