Hi! My name is Skylar (he/him). I'm from Columbus, Ohio but planning to move to England this year. I'm a queer essayist with a BA in English/Creative Writing, but I'm planning to do more reading than writing this year because I've been in school and haven't had time to read much for pleasure. I'm 21 and new to the whole goodreads thing.

I haven't been able to read much queer literature, but I'm currently reading Redefining Realness by Janet Mock, and it's a really captivating narrative about Janet's own experience with her trans identity and growing up in a not-so-supportive home. I'm only halfway through, but I already highly recommend it!!
