SOLVED. Late 70's early 80's fiction about twins one was a nun [s]

I'm looking for an old paperback book from either the late 1970's to early 1980's. It was a book about twin sisters. One was a nun, the other was involved in drugs and gangster stuff. The nun was kidnapped because she looked just like her sister. She was held in a drug den for awhile. I cannot remember her name, but it might have been Ruby. I can't remember too much more, just that the nun had to pretend to be her sister for awhile. It might have had the same basic plot as the tv show Ringer, but much darker and more street. But when I saw Ringer, I remembered this book. It may have been from around 1983 or earlier. Thanks for any help.

No, it's called Blood Rubies by Axel Young. I thought I had marked this solved a year ago. Thanks for the suggestion, though. But it's long been solved and I have the book now.
