Alex (alexrdavies) | 1 comments Hi Jodi

Firstly, thank you for another short Christmas story. The concept was great fun - I hadn't seen it coming at all!

I do have a little plea, though. I love your authors' notes that you've been writing since The Long and The Short Of It, but the problems are that (1) they contain spoilers, and (2) they're the first things in the books.

I suspect I would have enjoyed this Christmas treat even more if the Author's Note had appeared after the story, so I could have been properly surprised when I heard their mission, rather than having it spoiled.

If that's not something publishers insist on - any chance of moving it for future books?

Not sure what everyone else thinks

Either way, I'll be reading them :)

JaneR | 2 comments I tend to find authors notes are a little like sprouts. Some people adore them others shove them to the side of the plate. Me I skip the sprouts and jump straight to the meat and gravy, that way if there's any surprises I find out as I'm enjoying the main event not beforehand.

Deborah Barragan | 2 comments I do not care about spoilers and I am still entertained. Thank you.
