I am all for multiple checkers! The more eyes, the more on-track we will be because, yeah, we all make mistakes! I noticed that Nell was doing it, so I started trying to help keep Nell from being too burdened, hahaha! And I kept going because...yeah...this sort of thing is "all or nothing" for me, there is no middle ground.

I think we've gone wrong at msg 63. Seems to happen when people post within seconds of each other.

I started checking when I noticed one of the common mistakes - someone posting a total from the previous page that threw the count way off. Once begun...
The hardest posts to check are the super long ones with totals that may or may not be accurate or when the group total hadn't been checked in a while so it meant going back several pages. Marcos' new plan will help a lot with catching mistakes early and sharing the task. Very good idea!

Detailing - and preventing - this situation
If you start writing a message and post it, your browser will show the previous page plus YOUR message only.
If someone else starts a message at the same time but posts it seconds or minutes before yours, you WON'T SEE that messaage in your browser page. And you'll think everything is all right.
Best thing to do is to refresh the page immediatly after posting.
To refresh, click your browser's refresh button, or press F5 key.
This way, if someone post just before you, you'll see all messages and notice immediatly if some issue ocurred with the sum. And, of course, immediatly edit your post and fix it. :-)
