It was Countess Lazar! She said it in Stake Out! (MSTV#12) when her and the count came to Franklin Grove to investigate the vamp blogger, and she was talking to this author who was doing a book signing. I remember she was all suspicious because the book was about vampires, but the Count was obsessed with the book as soon as he picked it up! So good! :)
