This is a personal goal challenge. You will post your goals for one week/month (still working on the time frame) and I or another member will 'challenge' you to a task to help you with achieving that task. Haven't worked out how we will know you did other than to say you did. lol.

Yeah I think this will have to be on the honor system. Especially since the only one you hurt or truly let down is yourself. And there isn't a prize, unless one rewards themselves, so it is pointless to be dishonest. It isn't a winner/loser thing.
