CLEL Bell Picture Book Awards need a list

IMO these don't meet the criteria for awards on GR. (no clear winner) Would anyone like to make a list from them?

I'll leave them on the awards page till the 15th of January to give someone time to tackle this.

I'm confused. The awards page says it's given to "five winning books consist[ing] of one title in each of five categories selected from a shortlist of 25 titles." How is this different than a winner in each category for novel/novella/novellette/etc?

I think you are correct, Samantha. The categories are: Read, Write, Talk, Sing, Play.
