I'm confused. The awards page says it's given to "five winning books consist[ing] of one title in each of five categories selected from a shortlist of 25 titles." How is this different than a winner in each category for novel/novella/novellette/etc?

IMO these don't meet the criteria for awards on GR. (no clear winner) Would anyone like to make a list from them?
I'll leave them on the awards page till the 15th of January to give someone time to tackle this.
