Jim, I'm not sure how to fix that. I don't think I ever had that happen. The only thing I can suggest is to contact the Goodreads help team..that's what they are there for. I have contacted them in the past with different issues and they are very helpful on email. They will walk you through the process to fix it or they can fix it themselves.This is the page to contact them.

Thank you, Sarah B for all your help. For the record, the two books listed with blank covers are the following:Two Wrongs Make A Vice: A Novel by Nick Orsini. I bought this directly from the author, who signed it, at the Collingswood (NJ) Book Festival one year. I started it January 20, 2020 and finished it the next day. 225 pages.
I bought New Jersey Day Trips (245 pages) by Barbara Hudgins, at a library book sale one year. I started reading it January 17, 2020 and finished it three days later.
I consulted Goodreads' online help section and figured out how to delete duplicate dates (say that three times fast!) read. With Celebrate the Classics I had a problem. Because I had read only the one edition, when I realized that I had duplicated it and Goodreads thought that I'd read it twice, my 2020 Reading Challenge had me, as of June 29, 2020, at 33 books read instead of 32. But when I went to delete the duplicate read date, it had an information button instead of an X. I finally deleted the book from my shelves and then re-entered it to both my read and 2020 reading challenge shelves.
The blank covers still take you to the right book if you click on it. The links still work. 😁Sometimes the image doesn't show up or maybe they don't have the cover image. I'm never sure which it is!
First I clicked on each book, wrote down the title, author and word count on paper ... Then I started adding each one to the thread here. I must have a pretty good memory because I was able to remember which cover image I had seen for the majority of them (and I'm not familiar with those books either). Of course I added up the total before I started posting too!
I have copies of two of the books you read: The Road and Eat, Pray Love. I haven't read them yet.
I'm glad you were able to fix your book issues! Often you have to play around with it. And I think the longer you are on here doing stuff the more you can do.. 😊
