URL that is R12

Haven't come across this before.

I clicked on an URL in the URL field of a book. The URL does appear to be that of the book publisher, but says you have to be over 12 to enter.

Is this allowed?

If it is the official URL of the book and otherwise meets the guidelines for being in the URL field, then yes.
