Some of the issues you'll have to decide are how often you'll meet, how many submissions for critique you can handle in the meeting time, the maximum time to spend on each submission, how long each submission can be, the deadline for submissions before each meeting, how to submit (I'd suggest e-mail with attachments).
So I've arranged with a library to start a writers group which will start on September 7. I've never joined or particpated in a writers group before, but always wanted to start one myself. I'd appreciate some tips on how to run/manage a group.
