SOLVED. Anne McCaffrey short story [s]

Hello, I am looking for the title of a short story by Anne McCaffrey, read in hardback form (published by itself, not in an anthology) around 1990-2000. I have browsed her GR page but was unable to find it. The name was something sentimental, like "Promise of the Heart" and the book was very small and square in shape, like a novelty book of quotes or a children's board book. Thank you for your help.

This is my first encounter with the word chapbook, bit it is definitely An Exchange of Gifts. Thank you very much!
