Are the Kindle and paperback the only editions for book 1?

Currently yes. Book Two is in ARC (Released next Monday) and Book three will go up for pre-order (also on Monday. All three books will be Kindle and paperback.

Thank you, then I will ask for a merge of the empty edition.
When you know an ASIN or ISBN, can you add one of them to the existing edition. This will prevent that a bot adds to many editions.
