When Frank informs Mrs. Wooten that her husband was murdered, she has unusual reactions. Given what we later learn about her, do you think she was relieved he was dead or just ambivalent about the man?

Robin (robinmy) | 1213 comments I think she was relieved that her husband wouldn't be accusing her of adultery.

Phrynne | 601 comments I felt that she was just pleased to be rid of him!

At first, my impression was she just didn’t care. After her water broke, I knew she was relieved beyond measure.

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1379 comments Yes, that was a significant twist to the story. Amazed that Frank knew that much about childbirth!

~ Giulia ~ | 193 comments Definitely relieved to not have to face his wrath. From what we've seen he was quite fearsome when he was angry.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 2239 comments Totally relieved. She really dodged the bullet on that one.
