Helen (helennn) | 559 comments Thank you jaxnsmom. Just clarifying, as I haven’t done this before, I choose a theme that hasn’t already been chosen that year, and nominate two series for that theme?

message 3: by Sharon (last edited Dec 06, 2018 06:45AM) (new)

Sharon Michaels | 27 comments I'd like to choose the US Region - Pacific Northwest as my theme for April. I have a couple in mind already.
Clarifying as Helen is - do I choose two series to nominate? I've never done this before either.

Yes, you choose a theme that hasn't been chosen yet for the year, and then pick one series to fit. The second book can be any cozy that you want - no theme to choose. The only limit is that it not be a group read in the last year and a half. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Susan | 161 comments The theme I am choosing for February is historical 1800's
I am selecting the series by Carrie Bebris
I have read the first Pride and Prescience. Her second is Suspense and Sensibility Pride and Prescience Or, A Truth Universally Acknowledged (Mr. & Mrs. Darcy Mysteries, #1) by Carrie Bebris Suspense and Sensibility Or, First Impressions Revisited (Mr. & Mrs. Darcy Mysteries, #2) by Carrie Bebris
For my second series I choose Miss Dimple Kilpatrick mysteries Miss Dimple Disappears (Miss Dimple Kilpatrick #1) by Mignon F. Ballard

Whoops! I've messaged Gail to see if she is still going to choose. My fault for waiting so long. If I don't hear from her, would you like to choose?

Kristie has stepped in to help us and has chosen our March books. We'll be reading Death Among the Doilies in honor of National Craft Month, and Bearly Departed.

Mary - It's helpful for some of us that the books are available on KU - but at least one of them needs to be available in physical book form. Not everyone has an e-reader. I guessed on the authors of the books because there are more than one book by the same title for each.

Ok, books for May are:

A Dark and Stormy Murder by Julia Buckley Available at the library, and through hoopla as an audio book.

Romeow and Juliet by Kathi Daley Available through library and KU.

Mary (mw8019) | 273 comments Sorry I was in a hurry to get them to you and forgot to put the authors names and n them. Are the books ok?
