Congratulations, Bob. Well done.

Laurie | 1895 comments Congrats, Bob. I'm sorry you struggled so much with your final book and I hope you enjoyed the others much better. Love in the Time of Cholera is one I plan to read this year but I'm sure I will struggle as well but I am determined to knock it off my TBR.

Brina I enjoy all magical realism but I know it’s not for everyone. Congrats on finishing!

My reading this year had some real peaks and valleys, not only for this challenge but for all of my reading. It was just an off year. As for this challenge, my favorites were The Black Tulip, Strange Fruit, Common Sense, and Gilead. For my free space I used The Story of an Hour, which is one of the best short stories I’ve read.

I want to thank everyone who has helped make this my best challenge ever. As I struggled through the year, your comments, suggestions, and encouragement kept me going. I don’t think I would have bothered to finish without all the help.

Thank you all very much!!

Good to hear your favourites, as I have not read any of them yet. I have two I want to read next year though, Black Tulip, and Common Sense. Pretty sure I have The Story of an Hour on my Kindle app, just haven't read it yet.

I have The Story of an Hour on my TBR, Bob. I am going to move it up, because I am planning to read a lot more short stories in 2020.
