Question About Adding a Book

I have been wanting to add a book that doesn't have an ISBN. ISBN was introduced in 1970 and this book has been published in 1965. What to do in this case?

You can add a book without an ISBN.
Are there other editions of this book already on Goodreads?

I do not know what do you mean by "add it from scratch". Obviously, you are free to make changes or additions if you find it necessary.

Oh I meant since there are no other editions, you can add it by itself, instead of attaching it to another edition.

Thank you for quick answers. I am not sure about that cover, it is from an edition on Amazon that is published in 1971, the book we're dealing with here is from 1965. Here are my sources for this book:
