5. What evidence does the author use to support the book's ideas? Is the evidence convincing...definitive or...speculative? The story of the Gunpowder Plot is well known in Britain. Does Fraser use any new sources to shed a different light on the topic?

For me yes the autor is absolutely solid in showing the facts and the consequences of the conspiracy.
