It was as if the dress saw Adrian before he saw the dress. Emerald green, satin, long, just like she'd asked for. He picked it up in her slender size without another thought. Perfect.
"Come along, princess," called Adrian, "Pick whatever you want and daddy will buy it for you."

He glared at him, still clutching onto his arm as they walked back towards the suits. Despite the stares he got, he didnt' really mind being in the dress, he was just acting up to goad Adrian. He pointed to a few things he liked, but he was more of a jeans and tshirt kind of person.
Adrian allowed the shop assistant to pick up everything Daemon pointed at, along with Adrian's suits that looked exactly like all of his others. He turned, picking up a pair of charcoal jeans and handing them to Daemon.
"Get these," he suggested, "I like these."

Daemon studied them and handed the jeans to the clerk without so much as another glance, grabbing a few tshirts as well, and two pairs of leisure pants.
Adrian picked up a coat and threw it towards the assistant for Daemon, before heading over to the nightwear section, because the boy didn't have those either. He settled for a deep navy blue set and passed them over.
"Go get some shoes," instructed Adrian, as he headed to the women's section again to buy Melanie sorry presents.

Daemon swayed on his feet, yelping as he nearly toppled over without taking another step. He finally managed to reach the shoes and, remarkably, found combat boots. He gave those to the assistant along with some dress shoes, and a pair of vans.
Adrian picked Melanie's presents fairly quickly. He was a man of fine taste after all, and carried them back to the cashier. He handed the immaculate woman behind the desk his card and typed his pin in.
"Ah Mr Campbell," she greeted professionally, "Always our favourite customer."
"Always," he replied with a wink.
"And I see you've got a new princess," she noted, "What happened to that pretty blonde."
"She couldn't make it today," he said apologetically, "Next time, I promise."
"I'll hold you to that," she laughed, "She usually buys out the whole store."
"Daemon," called Adrian, "You ready?"
"I'll have these delivered back to the hotel," she told him.
"Thank you, angel."
She beamed at him.

Daemon scowled and had the guy bring his clothes over. "Yeah I'm coming, sorry" he called. Before he could make it over to Adrian, only a few feet away, he lost his balance on the stupid heels. With a yelp he stumbled forward and fell, effectively breaking the shoe, though he hadn't meant to.
The woman behind the desk squealed in horror.
"D-Did he just break Louboutins?" she asked, her face pale, "Oh my god, I feel sick."
Adrian signaled for the clerks to continue the purchase as he crossed over to Daemon, picking him up off the floor.
"Naughty," muttered Adrian, "Those shoes cost over 3000 American dollars as I recall. Tut tut."

Daemon paled, looking away as he kicked off the other shoe. "You said you'd catch me." He muttered unhappily
Adrian arched an eyebrow, amused.
"I apologize, princess," said Adrian, "Were you hurt?"
"He's fine," cried the clerk, "Look at the shoes..."
Adrian picked them up and threw them in the top of one of the bags, before turning back to Daemon questioningly.

He rolled his eyes, finally standing steady. "Yeah I'm fine" he mumbled softly, a little shaken from falling. He curled into him slightly without meaning to. "Sorry about the shoes"
"No harm done," said Adrian, "They were bought last year anyway. Do you want to put your new shoes on instead before they send them to the hotel?"
Daemon was seemingly frightened. It was probably his inbuilt fear of falling. Adrian wasn't too bad personally, he'd fallen from much higher heights than the top of a pair of Loubs.

Daemon nodded, grabbing his vans and slipping them on, still holding onto Adrian's arm as he mumbled something unintelligible
"What was that?" inquired Adrian, he had excellent hearing but he doubted even a dog could have heard that. He began to lead him from the shop.
((*scratch that*))
Daemon smiled brilliantly, wrapping his arms around Adrian's arm as they walked towards the door, excited to get out of the dress

Adrian rolled his eyes, how fickle Daemon's emotions were.
"Come on, loser," he said, allowing the Brother to keep hold of his arm even if he didn't need to any longer.

Dae rolled his eyes, still smiling, overjoyed. He wouldn't let Adrian spoil his mood. He laughed lightly and looked around. "Wanna play laser tag?"
Adrian looked over, his eyes sparkling.
"You want to challenge me to a game with guns?" asked Adrian, "Wow, you're stupider than I thought."

He grinned happily. "I love laser tag. Plus I haven't played it in forever" he murmured softly, stopping someone who was taking their clothes to the hotel, grabbing the jeans and a shirt to change into. "Plus it's just for fun"
"Daemon," said Adrian, "I never play for fun, I play to win. But alright, I'll indulge you for today."
He purred happily, darting into a public bathroom to change, and padding out in clothing that was much, much comfier for him. "You're going down."
