In this book the female protagonist transfers colleges and moves in with a stoner who hates the guy who shares a wall with their apartment. The guy is a politician's son and initially he and the female protagonist dislike each other due to differing political views and bad first interactions. The girl was raped at her old school by a frat boy and her sorority sisters did nothing to help her. Now, she stays away from greek life and is pro- the morning after pill which the guy is against. They have a political debate class together and get paired for a final project where they will debate the legalization and access to the morning after pill. As he learns more about her, they start to date and she meets his family. He ends up seeing her way and says their are situations in which the pill is needed.

Read it around 2015ish.
