Good article. We definitely need to develop thicker skins, and not confront readers who dislike our work.

Great article, Dennis. A lot of good advice in there. After sending off my novel for years to traditional publishers I developed a pretty thick skin against rejections, but after finally publishing, reviews were a whole different ball game! But as you point out, it is one person's individual opinion, good or bad.
