Hi Guys!
A while ago - maybe 8-10 years ago - I read a book as a teenager, then I lent it to someone and never got it back. Can’t remember the title. Need help or I will go crazy.

What I remember is - it had a lot of different stuff hidden in the cover - for instance a tissue with a lipstick kiss, a map, photos, etc. - all created for the book and were somehow involved in the plot.

Maybe someone remembers the title.

This sounds like Cathy's Book by Sean Stewart. If you look at the reviews here on Goodreads, at least one shows a photo of the items, including a napkin with a lipstick kiss mark.
