Delete/merge series?

I just stumbled across this series: https://www.goodreads.com/series/1104...

As the description states, it is just the German title for the series Calliope Reaper Jones - which can be found here: https://www.goodreads.com/series/4618...

I doubt it makes much sense to have an extra series for the German editions, especially considering only the first two books of the series are actually translated. But I'm not sure that there is not another reason for having this language-specific series that I'm just not realising, so I'm a bit unsure if the two series should be merged or rather one deleted or not. Any advice?

There was no need for the series page in German, I deleted it.
Sometimes a book is split in multiple parts in the translation, then a new series is useful.
We can't merge series, only delete them.
