Numbered series, set prequel as non-primary, and corrected series order.

Also set prequel to #0.5, based on its length.

It takes a Goodreads Librarian to set up a series or add books to it. A user (or import bot) adding a book won't be able to add it to a series, but that does not mean they are adding the book incorrectly.
