Carol Tietsworth | 203 comments I am an experienced copy editor and professionally trained proofreader. I have an affinity for the written word. When I copyedit for a client, I give them all I’ve got
.
In addition to the copy editing, I will proofread the work if it is warranted, and even make suggestions of different words or groupings to hone and clarify the work. I will keep your voice because it is not my work, it is yours.

I offer a free 500-word sample, three complete passes where I read every word, and a quick turnaround.

I am meticulous, basely somewhat on the 15 years of being a litigation paralegal in a former life. I will copyedit any genre and will not turn away erotica, horror or violence, as long as it is a necessary part of the work, and it makes sense. Otherwise…

Still have openings in December if you'd like to be edited by the first of the year!

Please contact me through my Facebook page, Editing by Carol Tietsworth, and don’t let your babies go out into the world unedited

Carol Tietsworth | 203 comments Dear Kristie:
87,000 minus 500 words for a sample is 86,500 times my base fee of .004/word (less than half a cent per word) is $346.00. I require half down to start and half when I finish. Half is $173.00. I am in an edit now, but I should finish by Wednesday, this week. Let me know legal2b@yahoo.com
