Added the kindle edition cover from Amazon to replace "no image available". Also added the paperback edition.

Perhaps the short story version, The Blue Lamp, should be changed to #0.5 in the series instead of #1 like Rogues of Merth has now?

Thanks so much! Yes, you are right about The Blue Lamp. I suppose I must change that on Amazon.
