is the original novel (published in 2002 and republished recently) on which I based my graphic novel. So my name should be removed from that and only Simonetta Agnello Hornby should be quoted as the author. The cover is also wrong as it is the cover of my graphic novel.

Until you are approved you do not have an author profile; the one you see is generic or "default."
If you listed which books are yours then they will assign you to a profile with just your book. If you claimed the profile without listing which one does or doesn't belong to you, then we can move it once you have a profile.
